Phases of Typical Residential Construction
Concept
The initial stage whereby a “Principle” (that would be you!) visualises their new project.
Design
At this point the “Principle” employs the services of an Architect, ideally supported by consultant engineers in the fields of structural and building services.
Planning
Costing – analysis of all associated costs during construction process. (This is where we come in!)
Tendering – the invitation of bids from appropriately qualified, competent and capable companies. The analysis of all the appropriate bids and award of contracts to successful tenders.
